Who can access your data?
Your data can be accessed by authorized LGU staff, LGU Officials, and the Municipal Mayor to contact or identify you, and to process your data. Other designated LGU Information Officer may also access your data, if deemed necessary.
How long is personal data retained?
Your personal data will be retained in our server until the system’s services are active for the community service support of the municipality. However, we may keep some of your personal data for as long as reasonably necessary for our legitimate interest, including fraud detection and prevention and to comply with our legal obligations including legal reporting, and auditing obligations.
